We have planned a 3 series segment over the six weeks to introduce a
variety of cost saving ideas.

In our first issue we would like to introduce the "CONSUL CONSERVER"
- The Energy Saver. You and your clients could save up to 25% on your
electricity bills.

It is proven that with the optimum power for various types of load, there
is not a reduction in the consumption of power, but also reduction in
the consumption of power, but also reduction in the failure rates of
motors and improvement in the power factor and efficiency.

Another very important area of saving and conservation in electricity
consumption is the reduction in the power consumed by lighting load
(especially discharge lamps like fluorescent lamps, mercury vapour,
sodium vapour etc). There is a reduction of about 20% to 35% when the
power is maintained at an optimum level.

The CONSERVER aptimizes consumption of electrical energy in gas
discharge lamps. The luminous efficiency of a gas discharge lamp
depends on the operating electrical conditions like discharge current
and voltage, in relation to the vapour pressure. The CONSERVER
achieves saving by introducing an impedance in series so as to supply
optimum power and magnetizing current to the discharge lamps.
